My stay at the hotel was a bit disappointing overall. The rooms were old, dirty, and poorly equipped, with a persistent cigarette smoke smell despite being a non-smoking room. The location was strategic and close to public transportation, but I wouldn't choose to stay here again for my next visit to Istanbul.

The staff were friendly and helpful, particularly the housekeeper ladies and front desk managers, plus the bellman in the mornings. The location was convenient, near the tram station, but not very central. The dining experience left much to be desired, with repetitive and unappetizing options. However, the Thai dishes were a pleasant surprise.
